ESSURE Tubal Sterilization - In Office Procedure Essure is a noninvasive method of providing permanent tubal sterilization.  It involves the use of a hyteroscope, a small camera that allows access to the fallopian tubes via the cervix.  It is form of sterilization that does not require abdominal incisions or general anesthesia.
